United StatesFalsely accused and blamed
I ordered a student suit based on the size guide they had on their website. When I received it, the first thing I noticed was the arms are too long. I contacted Vertical and was blamed it was my fault and I ordered the wrong size. Later during back and forth conversations I was told they had a old size guide on their website and had not updated the new size guide which is in fact longer arms, etc. I return at my cost and now waiting for full refund.
Vertical Suits
The customer a 2XL. When he complained that the suit was too tight, we started investigating and he sent us a photo of the color coded iFly suit he was borrowing, which is a 4XL and not a 2XL. Which explains the sizing issue. We offered to repair his suit to make it fit but he refused. Yes it was our fault for having an outdated size chart on the website. Which we acknowledged and apologized for. We offered to send a return label to pay for shipping the suit back to us, but he refused.
