To disappointed
After I make my Oder was not way to pay online te order to see if I can make payment but not call the company and chats to see if I can make the payment after a loan talking about way I need my Oder size XL and how I going to used, I give my information and pay my other, after I receive my other super small for a baby boy, call to see how can I sender back and they say no after explaining how and why, and all was by phone the you have record and my phone company haves to but they no because in the order was the size I say no and the you have my information by phone went I make the Oder he say I don’t review the order I take the payment. Sorry but they don’t help me at all. Thank you

We are very sorry this has happened. Customer ordered a Kid XS instead of an adult XL. We send a confirmation email with the order details. Custom suits are not refundable, as we cannot re-sell them easily. We do not take orders by phone to limit confusion, every orders have to be submitted by email.

Quality Suit, Great Service. Colors are off, but it's not a very big deal.
The Suit fits very well, and is quality-built. The sizing is true compared to the ones at iFly, so when you use THAT for sizing reference, it works well, except that Vertical makes them a little longer at the torso, so it's easier to put-on, with less potential snag at the crotch, which is a real plus. The only gripe is that the online COLOR PANTONE is so OFF THE MARK, I'd suggest getting swatch-samples of the colors you're interested-in before committing [hence why four stars and not five]. The dark grey will be medium grey instead, the medium grey will be light grey, and so on. Don't know about the rest of the colors, but expect something VERY DIFFERENT than how it appears online [something that has never happened to me before online, buying pants, or work-coveralls, etc]. Anyhoo, my overall experience is "no big complaints", and "I'm quite satisfied with the purchase". And now that I know the quirks of it, ordering another suit or two will be much less problematic. So, thanx Vertical!
Didnt fit the first day
When we received the suit it did not fit on my 3 yr old girl.. Don't know why when she is the smallest person that can fly... I called to see what my option where, I was told I needed to pay full retail for another suit.... My little girl was really sad, she waited two months for it and its real expensive. I was looking for a compromise... Like pay half even, but no. All that money wasted

I am very happy with my new suit. My order was filled and shipped faster than I expected. The fact that I’m the only one who wears it. I don’t have to be fully dressed under neth when I fly. So much cooler waiting before and after my tunnel time. =\;-)>
