This was my third order from Vertical suits and each time I have been extremely happy with what I ordered, my Viper pants being probably my favorite to wear, this new RW suit should make my FS even greater!!

Great suit for big ways!

Customer service and response time was great. Originally thought the suit was a bit big but after completing a 100 way camp and not needing to add additional drag, decided it is perfect as a big way suit!

Bottom Line: OUTSTANDING! Customer service is second to none!! Vertical Suits attention to detail throughout the entire process of getting your new jumpsuit manufactured and sent to you borders on the extreme - in the best way possible! They contacted me by phone and email to discuss my requirements for the suit and any measurements that didn’t quite add up. They responded quickly to any questions/concern I had and kept me informed on the progress of my suite. I’ve been jumping over 30 years and have jumped a lot of different suites. This is the only suite that was exact to measurements/specification right out the door. The construction quality is excellent and I look forward to putting a lot of jumps on this suit. They not only notified me when my suit was mailed out, they contacted me to let me know it was delivered and I should have it!

My suit fits me perfectly. Thank you to the wonderful crew at Vertical Suits! The vertical team was helpful every step of the way, from preparing to order, all the way to checking in after I received my suit. I was especially impressed by their process of checking my measurements. In their double checking, they were able to identify a few measurements that were wrong and reach out to me for re-measurements. I am grateful as this ensured my suit fit me perfectly! I received my suit a few weeks ago and it is so comfortable! The quality is great, and I LOVE the way it flys.

RW Loose Fit Suit

I was finally able to jump my new suit. I took a 20 year break from the sport so it's been a long time since wearing one of these. This time around, I choose to buy a Vertical Suit. I love that the team reached out with questions or updates. The suit is very good quality and fit me perfectly. I finally flew the suit this weekend and this RW Loose Suit really allowed me to play with flying my body. I could speed my decent or slow it down quickly. I could really tell when my legs weren't straight enough because the suit was giving me some good feedback on my shins. Very satisfied.

I’ve been a Vertical fan since before I started skydiving and flew in the tunnel. The fit is always on par, they’re comfortable, and fly beautifully! The overall time of ordering and doing all the measurements was not too bad I got it within four weeks X expected time was 5 to 6, I got the suit and tried it on right away and it fit pretty well! It was a little tight in the crotch but overall I am super satisfied. Thanks vertical suits!

Jumped it for the first time, and not disappointed. Great fine control, excellent fit. Very pleased.

Ordering through vertical was incredibly easy, I measured myself with a little help for some of measurements. Vertical went over some possible errors they were seeing and the suit fits perfectly. Took about 3-4 weeks to ship and they were in contact with me through the whole process. Great customer service! ***don’t make the same rookie mistake I did*** I got the chest of my suit red which is the same color of my emergency handles. For safety I’ll be swapping my handles to another color.

All 3 experiences have been painless! I have a free fly, slim FS and loose fit FS suit that all fit as they should. I fly better and I look cool for sure!
